Today's guest, Nir Eyal is an Israeli-born American author, lecturer and investor known for his bestselling book, Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products and now author Indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Choose Your Life, which was released a couple of months ago and can be acquired online and in-stores. He sold two technology companies since 2003 and now help teams design more engaging products. He has taught the "Using Neuroscience to Influence Human Behavior" course as a Lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and has been featured/contributed to TechCrunch, Business Insider, and Psychology Today.
